Quick update for everyone we are finally in Centurion!
The past few days have been extremely bittersweet. We have spent so much quality time with our community partners families swimming, having pancake dinners(which are like our crapes), and enjoying our last braai. We all have found a place here with these people and the goodbyes are heart breaking. With many tears we parted ways yesterday afternoon and Abel, our main community partner that we have all grown so close to said something that he learned when he did a year of missions. He said when your transitioning into a new community in tears it only means that you are putting your whole heart into Christ’s work which brings hope to the next community.
As tough as the goodbyes were we now have a fresh start in a new community to form relationships and bring Love into this place.
How sweet it is. Love what Abel said. Continue to develop relationships in each community that will fill your heart and know Christ's work brings hope to all.
